Easy Seared Lamb with Broccoli & Rice


Can’t go wrong with this meal. Sear some lamb for a minute or two on each side and pair with some rice and sautéed broccoli. Who said a classy dinner had to be complicated?

Ingredients:

  • Lamb
  • Rice
  • Broccoli
  • Oil or Butter

Seasoning:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2: Oil and season lamb
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 4: Cook lamb for 2-4 minutes per side
Step 5: Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces
Step 6: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 7: Saute broccoli for 5-10 minutes, until broccoli becomes crispy and golden-brown.
Step 8: Plate lamb, rice, and broccoli together and serve!
