Step 1: Dice squash and zucchini into small pieces
Step 2: Oil and season ahi tuna
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over high heat
Step 4: Sear ahi tuna for 1-2 minutes per side, until a nice crust develops on each side, but the inside is still almost raw
Step 5: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 6: Saute squash and zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until squash and zucchini develop a nice golden-brown exterior
Step 7: Plate ahi tuna with the squash and zucchini and serve!
