Pan-Fried Potatoes

Pan-fried potatoes can serve as a meal by itself or act as a great side dish

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • Oil or Butter

Seasoning:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Slice onion into thin strips (see instructional videos below)
Step 2: Add oil or butter to a pan and heat over medium heat
Step 3: Saute potatoes for 15-20 minutes, until poatoes become soft on the inside with some crunch on the outside
Step 4: Season to taste
