Roasted Squash

Add some color and texture to your plate with roasted squash!

Prep Time: 5 mins Total Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • Squash
  • Oil or Butter

Seasoning:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Baking Tray
  • Oven

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2: Line or grease baking tray with parchment paper or tinfoil, or butter or oil
Step 3: Chop squash into bite-sized pieces (see instructional video below)
Step 4: Place squash on the tray and oil and season
Step 5: Bake for 20 minutes, until squash is browned on the outside
