An oldie, but a goodie. Get the pasta boiling, chop up some broccoli and cauliflower, toss 'em in the pan, and then combine with the pasta and your favorite spices (classic Italian? garlic-lemon? Cajun?)!
Prep Time: 10 mins Total Time: 30 mins
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions
Step 2: Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized pieces
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Saute broccoli and cauliflower for 5-10 minutes, until they become crispy and golden-brown
Step 5: Add the cooked pasta into the pan with the broccoli and cauliflower and stir to combine.
Step 6: Plate, serve, and enjoy!
