Loaded Quinoa Bowl with Squash and Zucchini & Canned Salmon

Ingredients:

  • quinoa
  • squashi
  • zucchini
  • canned salmon
  • oil or butter

Seasoning:

  • 1 part salt
  • 1 part black pepper

Equipment Needed:

  • Pan
  • Stovetop

Step 1: Cook quinoa according to package instructions
Step 2: Dice squash and zucchini into small pieces
Step 3: Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat
Step 4: Saute squash and zucchini for 7-10 minutes, until squash and zucchini develop a nice golden-brown exterior
Step 5: Add the quinoa and canned salmon to the pan with the squash and zucchini, season, and serve!!
